Chef Ashley James 


Chef Ashley is a Michelin-trained Chef. Striving to have a well-rounded background, she has worked in many of the top cities in the U.S. and, most recently, London for 5 years. From being on a farm making cured meats, cheese, and growing vegetables in Connecticut, reopening the Rainbow Room in NYC as the Sous Chef of the private dining room and lounge to working in a Michelin-starred restaurant in London, UK, and so much more.

In May 2016, Ashley & Jordan Harris opened Stagolees, a Southern Fried Chicken and Liquor Joint, was born in West London to rave reviews.

Chef Ashley has recently returned to the U.S. as an International Luxury Hospitality Industry expert. Ashley is currently the Food & Beverage Manager for the Hotel King David, consults for high-end restaurants and members clubs internationally, and curates high-end events and private dinners in addition to launching a wine label, J&H Estates, with business partner Shia Hendricks.
