Chef Yems is a passionate culinary artist with over 3 years of experience in the food industry. Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria developed a love for cooking at a young age through my mother, experimenting with flavours and ingredients from local markets. Chef Yems honed skills in some of the finest kitchens, including Michelin Star March restaurant. His culinary journey has taken him through various cuisines, but he has a particular passion for West African food and loves to blend traditional techniques with modern flavors.

When Chef Yems isn’t in the kitchen, he enjoys playing tennis , and often shares culinary adventures and recipes on social media platforms.

He believe that food is more than just sustenance—it's a form of expression, a connection to our roots, and a catalyst for conversation. That's why we don't just serve meals; we create experiences.
